You can't go back. I never really thought you could. But recently I made contact with a special someone from my past and I started to believe that maybe you could.
Until he let me know last night, via text message no less, that it is not to be.
It's good that his life is getting back on track. I am truly happy for him. But we have known each other nearly 20 years now, and he opts to give me this news via text message?
Men really are all the same.
But at least now maybe I can get off the roller coaster.
